SPA_GRM is particularly suitable for the analysis of complex traits with complicated structure, and the application of complex statistical models. Here we display how to use SPA_GRM to analyze quantitative and binary traits. User only need to fit a linear/logistic regression for quantitative/binary traits and pass the model residuals to SPA_GRM.
